The Greatest Summer Workouts

1. Muscle and Fitness 5-Day Workout    

If you want to look great for swimsuit season but don't feel like starting from scratch, this workout is perfect for you. In only four weeks, you'll see significant weight loss and muscle toning. The best part is that it only requires a commitment of five days per week, which you can repeat until desired results are achieved. This program is designed for people who already have some experience with working out but need help getting back on track.

 

This workout involves strength training, cardio, and high-intensity sets which are done one after the other with very little rest in between. You will need to use some basic pieces of equipment that can be found in your Liv Fit fitness center, like jump ropes, free weights, a stationary bike, etc.

 

2. Runtastic’s 10 Great Bodyweight Exercises  

If you're looking for an incredible workout routine this summer and don't want to spend any money, look no further! This at-home or in-the-gym schedule includes pushups, planks, leg lifts, lunges, squats, and other moves that use your body weight as resistance. It's perfect for people of all fitness levels too. You only need yoga mats and enough free space to lie down fully extended. And if the weather is nice where you live, we recommend doing these exercises outdoors near your community’s outdoor fitness stations!

 

3. Men’s Health 4-Week Beach Body Workout   

After starting with a few drills to help you warm up and stretch out, this training plan provides a seven-day workout schedule that you can repeat 4 times. The schedule includes exercises like strength training, chin-ups, pushups, lunges, squats, and cardio work - everything you need to get your body beach-ready!

 

Whether you work out regularly or not, this workout will be helpful to you. If it has been a while since your last visit to the Liv Fit fitness center, start with half the repetitions and increase as you get in better shape.
